BOERUM HILL

Boerum Hill is a small neighborhood in Brooklyn, located at the hub of busy Downtown Brooklyn and Cobble Hill. The residential parts of the neighborhood comprise beautiful 19th-century brownstones with nice gardens. Some Middle-Eastern businesses are located on Atlantic Avenue, shops offering Islamic crafts and restaurants offering Middle-Eastern cuisine. Boerum Hill is also home to some of Brooklyn’s finest mosques. Smith Street, which stretches from Boerum Hill to Carroll Gardens, offers many trendy restaurants and boutiques.
