is an abbreviation of "Triangle
Below Canal Street" and it is a neighborhood in Manhattan. It
used to be an industrial district, but many warehouses have
been converted to liveable residential lofts and today it is
a fashionable neighborhood with boutique shops and nice
restaurants.
